Welcome to my webpage!

I am an Electrical and Computer Engineer, currently a PhD student and researcher at ISR (Institute for Systems and Robotics) at IST (Instituto Superior Técnico). I am gratefully advised by Professor João Pedro Gomes and Professor João Paulo Costeira.

My main current reasearch interests are Machine Learning, Deep Learning in particular, and Computer Vision, focusing on image classification.

I have also worked and I am still interested on localization, convex optimization and convex relaxations, human robot interaction, human computer interaction, ... (list still under construction).
