I am an assistant professor of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (DEEC) at Instituto Superior Técnico (IST) University, Lisbon, Portugal.
I am also a researcher at the Signal and Image Processing Lab (SIPG) of Institute for Systems and Robotics (ISR) in Lisbon, Portugal.
