What is WISER ?

In a case of forming an ad hoc sensor network using autonomous mobile robots, we can design protocols different from conventional protocols for sensor networks and MANET protocols ; we can utilize the movement of nodes as a means of transferring data. The movement of a node can be controlled by other nodes for the sake of communications. In WISER PROJECT, this kind of intentional mobility is taken into account and the coordination between wireless transmission and mobility depending on a given policy is conducted.
